EarnedDesk gives you a daily brief of relevant news, ideas for how to respond, and the public byline details of the journalists behind each article. These terms apply when you use it.

One account is for one business. Keep your sign-in details safe and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

EarnedDesk suggests ideas. What you send to a journalist is your decision, and you send it from your own email. Check facts and claims before you publish or pitch anything. Ideas are generated with AI and can be wrong.

We make no guarantee that any pitch will be answered or that you will earn coverage. Coverage depends on editors saying yes.

Journalist names come from article bylines. Links to profiles are shown only when the news source supplies them. Use this information respectfully and in line with anti-spam and privacy laws.

Pricing and any free trial are shown when you sign up. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged after you cancel.

Do not misuse the service, try to break it, resell it, or use it to send spam or misleading material.

We work to keep EarnedDesk running and accurate, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

You can stop using EarnedDesk at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
